Return and Refund Policy

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products due to hygiene concerns. However, we do offer replacements depending on a case by case basis and it is always our endeavor to help our customers to the best of our ability.

The genuine cases of damage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) will be taken into consideration.

The customer shall bring the same to our notice within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s).

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at clevira@apexlab.com on the day of delivery.

When do we issue refund?

Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or cannot provide replacement due to no stock availability. In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received at our warehouse.

Returns are not possible in the following cases:

  • Used products
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed through our website cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.greenmilkconcepts.in
